Dharuhera today has taken the position that Gurgaon had in the mid 80s and 90s. The distance between Gurgaon City Centre and Dharuhera is just 35 kilometers. Main people who are interested in Dharuhera new projects are the Delhi NCR investors and the people working in Gurgaon, Manesar, Bhiwadi, Bawal and other areas around Dhauhera. The main reasons for the interest in the properties are the location and the prices of the properties in the area. Rates of properties in Dharuhera now range between INR 2500 per square feet to INR 3000 per square feet. People interested in a 2BHK flat of say 1000 square feet will need to invest 25-30 Lakhs for the property. An additional 5 Lakhs should be kept handy. As per news from local market investors and property brokers, it is believed that around 25,000 new flats will be ready in the coming few years in Dharuhera. It is also interesting to note that real estate investors have more interest in any property in Dharuhera when compared to actual property owners or end-users.
