Achilles Tendonitis: Causes & Care

Achilles tendonitis is inflammation of the tendon that connects your calf muscles to your heel. Achilles tendon is one of the longer tendons in your body, stretching from the bones of your heel to your calf muscles. Unfortunately it is vulnerable to foot injuries it occurs almost in every sportsman who places foot games or requires a lot of leg work.
SYMPTOMS
