This was known as stereoscopic 3D.So will 3D really become the future of the cinema or will it be the passing fad, or perhaps will it be the pillar of our future film watching experience? And, now with modern 3D movies it has moved far ahead. Now, it’s been just a little over 4 years since the release of the movie and the entire Hollywood film industry has adapted the technologies and methodologies of modern stereoscopic 3d.

Earlier in late 1980’s and early 1990’s, 3D movies were shot from two separate camera angles (as per the left and right eye of the viewer) and were combined together to create a 3D effect.
