Wildlife photography can be routine or stunning. It can run the gamut of everything between mundane to extraordinary. The work of wildlife photographer Roberto Fabbri is stunningly extraordinary. Roberto does not declare himself to be a professional or a hobbyist photographer. He is just a passionate photographer who is enthralled by the art of the image and works solely to create images for the world to see.

RobertO is from Italy and has traveled the world building a portfolio of wildlife images, some of which are very rare including the birth of a Manta Ray. He has been living in Belize photographing the birds, reptiles and mammals of Central America, HE RECENTLY MOVED TO PETEN IN GUATEMALA; HE TRAVELED MANY TIMES TO Brazil and Peru. In August of 2012, he photographed Grizzly bears in British Columbia, CANADA.

Some of Roberto's images include an Aguti mother feeding her babies and an GIANT RIVER otter HAVING lunch of fish. His image of a large family of capybara in Brazil is beautiful. Capybara are the largest rodent in the world topping out at a weight of 150 pounds (66 kilos). Most people never get to see a ...
... four foot cousin of the Guinea pig. Roberto's images make it possible for everyone to enjoy seeing how they live and interact as a species.

Many wildlife photographers concentrate on capturing images of popular species that will get them sales and assignments. Roberto Fabbri is an artist in the craft of photography who chooses what he wants to capture images of. His self-proclaimed designation of neither being professional or hobbyist grants him freedom to explore opportunities that other commercial wildlife photographers may never enjoy.

This freedom to move about and choose a wildlife subject not predetermined by a client allows opportunities to capture images of animals that may be passed over for consideration by other photographers. Of course, Roberto has also captured fantastic images of the staple favorites of wildlife photographers such as his incredible photographs of jaguars in Brazil.

Roberto maintains his website at www.robertofabbri-wildlife.com. He has a fully developed online portfolio with all of the images available for purchase. All of the images are available to look at and enjoy with the opportunity to own your own copy of any image you choose.
