Art in India has always been a very important aspect in its history. The vast and old culture of India has been able to give world many forms of art from India that has been appreciated worldwide. People of India have always associated themselves with art by a means of handicraft for wall decorations and some very simple forms of art that were used in there day to day lives.

From the Jute bags with unique designs to the innovative and classic rangoli art in India has always been closely knit with its culture and day to day working. India had always been a big land of provinces and small villages where you could find several self taught as well as trained artisans who not only created wonderful looking art but also created a design sense of usage that not many of their counterparts had ever tried. From there dance forms to the dresses worn, art in India is present almost every minute details you could associate yourself with.
