You may want to sell your house for a number of reasons, including,- trouble maintaining the house, expensive repairs that you cannot afford, or a change of job and a subsequent need to relocate. Some owners are in the middle of a foreclosure and are desperately trying to get out of it.

You may have inherited a huge house, but unfortunately you cannot afford to keep it. Now that you have decided, you have two ways to sell your home.
