Uk Property Fluctuations And New Build Properties Update

The UK property market has seen many fluctuations in the last few years. According to 2015 statistics, average property sales in the West Midlands for semi-detached properties increased on average to £171,181. Terraced properties were also on the increase after years of little movement, whose average price rose to £144,571.
Looking at the results of the survey, houses in the West Midlands region are creeping back up to prices seen before the Credit Crunch. The Office of National Statistics stated that the speed of yearly growth in a home’s value has risen all over the UK; but specifically in the Midlands, the average price of a house has just hit the £200,000 mark.
The national average cost of buying a home is £273,000, but is of course, distorted by London’s impact, where prices for a similar size property are around £498,000. Overall in the South East, the average cost of a home will set you back around £339,000.
