You are excited and at the same time nervous when you are on a look out for your place, residential or real estate commercial units on sale. There are various other criteria on which one can judge quality construction:
Design
A quality construction project is designed in a manner that the weight of the entire structure is evenly distributed. A good real estate developer in Navi Mumbai will not think of costs when it comes to finishing and intricate detailing in common areas as well as residential units.
Fixtures
Again if the builder is of repute, he will not let contractors use low quality fixtures in bathroom, kitchen and other common areas. Lifts, elevators all come from suppliers of repute with maintenance contracts. Look for all these things.
Paint
Paint is not only to enhance the visual appeal of the walls but also prolong the surface’s life. If you notice multiple layers of paint or cracks protruding out, understand that developer is not keen at this aspect.
Concrete Quality
Try to know what grade of concrete has been put in use for construction. The sand to cement ratio is also important. Well, if you don’t want to go into all this technical detailing, you can just scratch the wall and see if it is easy for your nail to dig into walls.
Landscaping and Open areas
There is a symbiotic relationship between landscaping and construction quality commitment. It gives an indication whether the builder wants people to really enjoy blissful living or fill every available area to make more money.
So, look for all these points when you want to invest in a real estate space whether it is for investment or your own use.
