Notes when Using vertical roller mill:
1. Material feeding should be even.
The feeding mouth of every kilowatt installed power in every hour is usually 0.8~1t, so that it is pretty necessary to install raw material bin and feeder machine in front of impact crusher.
2. Due to large feeding amount, it is better to choose multi-layer vibrating screen.
When final products are fine particles, the material returning amount is large, for this reason, the conveying amount of the conveyor belt system should be also large, and so is the screening capacity of the screen machine, it is better to choose multi-layer vibrating screen, otherwise the production capacity of impact crusher machine will be limited. To achieve the optimum crushing capacity of impact crusher, the current of the installed motor should reach the installed current.
3. The impeller of the crusher is high-speed rotating part, the abrasion of the quick-wear part is fast, so that it is necessary to regularly check them to avoid over abrasion of the vulnerable part.
