Respected/Hon’ble Sir,

Subject : Non payment of my due Maturity Value by Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Ltd since the past/last eight years

Many years ago, my wife, Asha Chaturvedi, and I entrusted a substantial portion of our life's savings to the " Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Ltd. " through various Term Deposit Schemes. We believed in their promises and the financial security that they assured us. Our investments were made during different years, specifically 2011, 2012, and 2019, with the hope of securing our future. Unfortunately, this hope has turned into despair.
For years, we have been trying to retrieve our rightful due maturity values from Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., yet our efforts have been met with silence and inaction. The Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., located at Sahara India Sadan, 2A, Shakespeare Sarani, Midleton Row, Kolkata-700071, First Floor, opposite Birla Planetarium, has refused to honor their financial commitments to us, despite numerous attempts to reach a resolution.
This isn't just about us; there are countless others who have placed their trust in Sahara, only to find themselves in similar predicaments. It's time to hold Sahara accountable and demand that they pay the due maturity values to all investors.
We call on the regulatory authorities and financial bodies to intervene and investigate these unethical practices. Concrete action is necessary to ensure that Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Ltd. fulfills its obligations without further delay.

Total Maturity Value of Sahara A Select Schemes on date 30.12.2018 and 5.8.2020 = Rs. 2,56,069/- ( i.e Rs. 20,934/- + Rs. 2,35,135/- ) .
Total Principal Amount invested under Sahara Y Select Schemes on date 5.2.2019 = Rs. 3,00,000/- .
Total Maturity Value of Sahara Y Select Schemes on date 5.2.2020 = Rs. 3,25,500/-
Total Principal Amount invested under “ Sahara K Money Scheme ” on date 1.10.2012 = Rs. 9,30,000/- .
Total Maturity Value of “ Sahara K Money Scheme ” on date 1.10.2020 = Rs. 9,30,000/- .
Investment of Ms. Asha Chaturvedi under “ Sahara K Money Scheme ” which under the Society named “ Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Ltd ”

Rupees 9,30,000/- was invested under “ Sahara K Money Scheme ” under its MIS ( monthly ) interests Scheme. Total MIS ( monthly ) interests, which is still due ( i.e still totally unpaid by the Officials of “ Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Ltd ” i.e Total MIS Interest Amount which is still due to be paid by Sahara Officials ) under this scheme is Rs. 7,87,841/- ( i.e Rs. 7363 X 107 months = Rs. 7,87,841/- ) i.e monthly interests due under this particular scheme are still pending ( unpaid ) for payment, by officials of Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Limited, from the last/past 107 months. Account Number of this Scheme is “ 51914202315 ”.

Therefore, Total Amount payable to me under “ Sahara K Money Scheme ” is Rs. 9,30,000/- ( i.e my principal investment money ) + Rs. 7,87,841/- ( i.e Total monthly interest due to me for the last/past 107 months under this particular scheme, which is still unpaid to me by officials of Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Limited ), Therefore, A Total amount of Rs. 17,17,841/- is still due to me under this particular scheme.
This “ Sahara K Money Scheme ” had already, been matured, as on dated “ 1.10.2022 ” i.e the “ Maturity/Due Date ” of this Scheme is “ 1.10.2022 ” .
Account Number of this Scheme is “ 51914202315 ”.
Therefore, Total due amount which is receivable ( or payable to Asha Chaturvedi ) from Sahara Credit Co-Operative Society Limited is Rs. 85,00,000/- ( including 6 years pending interest payable amount @13% per annun i.e as per statement being made by “ Sahara India ” under all the Newspaper Advertisements, regularly, from time to time.. **

Total Principal Amount invested under Sahara A Select Scheme on date 30.6.2017 = Rs. 18,000/- . Account No. of Sahara A Select Scheme = “ 73846700889 ”.
Total Maturity Value of Sahara A Select Schemes on date 30.12.2018 = Rs. 20,934/- less amount already received under Sahara refund Portal Rs. 18,000/-.
Therefore total amount due to me under this particular scheme is Rs. 20,934/- ( i.e maturity value as on dated 30.12.2018 ) plus pending interest for the past 7 years @10.50% per annum less amount already received under Sahara refund Portal Rs. 18,000/.
