This campaign has a funding goal of $50,000, which needs to be raised by March 21st in order to bring their exciting and unique PICLO “smart nail” to market. ... though there are dozens of smart watches on the market, nothing like PICLO has ever been introduced before. The device looks like a small silicon pad that the user attaches to their fingernail. The smart nail device is completely controlled by a single button located at the base of the nail and displays the time, date, incoming calls, SMS messages, Facebook notifications and Twitter feeds. This means a user can always be easily and conveniently connected, regardless of where they are or what they are doing. The team behind this highly innovative device state: “New technologies are an integral part of our everyday life and designers constantly offer us new kinds of cool equipment. The idea for the smart nail device started 8 months ago, and since its inception the team has been hard at work to make PICLO a reality. The PICLO team plans on having the prototype developed by March 2015, so they can then commence the testing and production phases of their device, and begin shipping during October-December 2015.
