Home Information Packs (HIP) consist all the required information regarding a property. While a landlord is putting the property on sale, he can be rest assured that the suitable information is accurate. It will help avoid any kind of complications at a later stage.

This includes the introduction of a new Property Information Questionnaire that will provide a summary of information about the property in one place, helping buyers make decisions about whether to view a property, and ultimately whether to make an offer.
