You might expect an interview call any time of the day, so it is better to be be ready well in advance. This will improve your confidence level and enhance your personality. - What are your weaknesses? Accept the truth that you have some weaknesses, because no person is born perfect! Tell about your weakness that will never affect your job, like you are workaholic or over-ambitious.
- What do you know about the company? This is the most vital question for which you will need to do some search. You just need to know the basic idea about the company, like what it deals with, its partners, products they sell or buy etc.
- How do you manage stress and work? Each and every job has some pressure involved, thus you must be proficient to manage both. For this, you can say that you will effectively manage time so that you never lose on work and give the best to the company. Your pressure shouldn't effect your competency.
- Can you handle a team? You can always let them know about your leadership qualities and your friendly nature that will surely help you to manage the entire team. Sharing and assisting along with firm control is your ability.
- Your ambitions? Tell them you would love to grow and prosper with sincere hard work and dedication. Simply don't let them know that you want to be the president of the organization. However, you should try and reveal all your abilities that will surely take you to top position in the company.
