Balaghat (MP): Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi addressed a huge election rally at Balaghat, in poll bound of Madhya Pradesh as part of his election campaign while addressing the masses Rahul Gandhi stated that BJP is not paying serious attention towards the development of poor and tribal.
He stated that BJP is not quite serious about the welfare of poor and tribal as Congress brings bills for poor but BJP neglects it while saying it will make poor lazy.
“I ask BJP leaders why are they against the MNREGA and food bill. They say when you give it for free people become lazy, they get damaged. They think that poor is responsible for poverty. We have a different line of thought. We understand that the poor must be given equal opportunity.” Rahul Gandhi added while addressing the huge election rally in Madhya Pradesh.
Congress Vice President claims that there is huge wall of poverty against poor and down trodden people and everyone, whether its party or an organization should come forward to break that wall and help the poor to gain their rights and status in the society which they deserve completely.
...
... But he smashed BJP’s thinking while saying that the opposition believes that poor should break that wall with his head which will not help the cause and make poor even poorer and their condition will get worse.
“Congress thinks that the government must remove this wall, this barrier stopping the poor from progressing, from adding quality to their life. The govt. must give them the help.” Rahul Gandhi noted.
Rahul Gandhi said when Congress brings policies for the benefits of the poor BJP asks questions. But if the schemes are meant for the rich they keep mum. The huge manganese mines here were grabbed by rich industrialists.
“They (BJP) did not utter a word. We implemented Right to Forest Act for the benefits of the Tribal. But no one in Madhya Pradesh could avail its benefit; not only that their lands were snatched by the BJP government.” Rahul Gandhi slammed BJP.
“As per a recent UN report, about one lakh infants died due to malnutrition here.” As Rahul Gandhi presented the facts. Congress will form a government that works for common man that will be a government for all. So support Congress and help us to form a government of Aam Aadmi as he urged and concluded the rally with promise and concern.
