For instance, a small account with very little space, 1 email address and very little bandwidth will always be cheaper than a package with a lot of space 5 email addresses and a lot of bandwidth! But eventually I started building more and more sites and needed more and more hosting options so I went to level three and I'm still only paying $9. It's not a huge amount of money guys! Also, if you want to, make sure the site you go with has everything. Why? because it's always easier to shop at one site than 5.
