Are you becoming frustrated because you still cannot master your one-handed backhand swing? Stop the self-pity and rather read on. Here is a step-by-step instruction on the proper ways to do a one-handed backhand move effectively. By following these one-handed backhand tennis games tips and practicing them diligently, you will soon perfect the move around and become a solid opponent on the court.

One. Get on the proper placement.

Keep your eyes on the ball. Once it begins to move towards you, transfer your hand on a backhand grip. The most effective way to do this may be the so-called eastern backhand. You do this particular by rotating you counterclockwise on the racquet's handle so that the V shape between your thumb and index finger is positioned a bit off and away to the left side of the top of the grip. If this sounds complicated, here is a simple way to do it. Place the racket under your left armpit so that the handle is actually sticking out at your entrance. While keeping the racquet steady, move your own right hand to grab the actual handle. Your correct arm and wrist should not bend as you do this.

2. ...
... Satisfy the ball.

Approach the actual ball by pivoting your own right foot easily to your left. Your own right shoulder should end up facing the oncoming ball whilst your right equip moves to your entrance ready for the downswing. Make sure that you keep a correct grip on the manage so that the head from the racquet stays upward.

3. Do the downswing.

From your front, move your right arm over to your chest so that your racquet goes to your left side and slightly coming in contact with your left hand. Your own shoulder and body should bend using the movement of your equip. This will give extra power to the backswing and will prevent injury. As you do your downswing, make sure that your eyes stay on the ball.

Four. Swing forward.

Hit the ball by swinging your right arm smoothly ahead so that the racquet simply leaves your left hand. Unwanted weight should shift in your right foot, however keep your body on a sideway position so that you can keep a good control on the path of the ball.

Five. Follow it through.

Following hitting the ball, carry on moving your correct arm up which means that your elbow becomes directly and your racquet winds up facing the sky. Keep the balance and hold back until your momentum steadies then you can go back to the ready position.

The above actions are for right-handed players. Do the opposite if you are using your left hand. If you still cannot hit the actual ball on time, it may be because you are making a large sweep as you do your backswing and your arm cannot recover fast to meet the approaching ball. It could be also because you pivoted to the left too late to meet the ball. With practice, you will ultimately learn proper time and move according to your speed. Do not forgo learning the one-handed downswing since this is a very effective protective move especially if the golf ball is approaching in your left.
