Chicago’s a huge city, and contains its share associated with Polish restaurants. Partly that’s because quite a few people associated with Polish extraction reside in Chicago and the surrounding locations. But it’s also just because a lot of non-Polish people are discovering that eastern European cuisine - especially Polish food - is truly delicious.
