Finally, one of the best important improvements that e-discovery can offer to ones legal cases is its accuracy. When working with anything, one must account for human error. We are all human, and eventually we will make a mistake. E-discovery software doesn't have to take into account human error because it runs of a machine. Machines make mistakes less than rarely, and the information being shot out of them is one hundred percent reliable. E-discovery software will make all cases more accurate, something that all people want to see achieved in the courtroom. Finally, with all the benefits already listed, the payoff is that investigations are more accurate than ever before. The "human error" factor in each case is almost completely eliminated.
