There are chances that the solicitors might come up with plans and strategies, which might not convince you. However, remember that an attorney under the contingent fee agreement will proceed with the case according to their liking, whether you like it or not.

The fact is that there are both advantages and disadvantages of entering into this agreement. Hence, it is imperative that when you are considering taking your case ahead with a no win no fee solicitor, always evaluate and scrutinize the information before taking it further.
