Setting up one company in the UAE and another in India does not automatically create a workable international group.

A UAE operation might be established through a mainland or free-zone entity depending on the proposed activity. In India, a private limited company, LLP, branch or another permitted structure may be considered according to the commercial requirements.

The two sides do not need to mirror each other.
