When you watch the Olympics you will be impressed with how far the athletes are able to push the limits of human endeavor. And yet once you throw a machine into the equation even the most incredible human performances appear slow and trivial. For example even an entry level motorcycle can beat the athletes over all the distances that they run. And in many spheres of activity machines have made it possible to achieve levels of performance that humans cannot match.

And a counting scale is a great example of that. If you need to count components regularly you can do it manually. But that takes a lot of time, is a tedious task and the accuracy levels are not the best. And then you can use a weighing scale to measure the weight of a lot of the components and knowing the weight of an individual component you can divide the total weight and know the number of components. This process makes it simpler to count the components and is much more reliable. But it leaves you with some arithmetic to do each time you need to count which makes it slower and in the long run this too will be tedious. So what you should really opt for is a counting scale ...
... which will directly give you the count when you put a lot on the weighing platform of the scale. Of course you need to initially feed in the weight of each component but that has to be done just once for each component type. You can enter the weight of several component types and you can know the count by specifying which type you are weighing. Simple, efficient, accurate and it costs very little money to get all these benefits.

The digital revolution has been particularly high impact in the weight measurement industry. Digital scales often do more than just measure weight. Digital shipping scales and counting scales are an example of this ability of digital technology to integrate forwards. And counting scales have therefore become very popular worldwide. You can get very accurate ones for high value components that do not weigh much. You can see the latest ones at www.buyfloorscale.com.
