From a very long time I have been inspired to buy a computer at home. While most of my friends have one at their homes, I did not get the right time to fetch one for me. Whenever I visit any of my friends place, I have seen them do a lots, on their system. As I did not have one, I could not understand most operations that they knew. Although, I had all the interest to learn, I was scared to explore new things on their systems. Many of my friends watch a lot of videos, play their favorite music videos, and chat with their friends over facebook and twitter. Apart from all these they also, have many games downloaded into their computer. I used to wonder how they did all these things. The eagerness and the excitement grew as days passed by. I finally decided to buy a computer, so that I learn how to use it like my friends do.

After a long thought process, I finally bought a computer. At the beginning everything went well and I started to explore a lot of new things that I wanted to learn. I had a broadband internet connection through which I was able to learn new stuffs. It also kept me updated with the daily news. Due to ...
... this reason I even stopped subscribing to daily news papers and magazines. I also downloaded many exiting movies and music videos. I spend a lot of time watching these and playing games online. Six months went by, until the system was running very smooth. As I have a habit of reading and printing interesting facts that I come across while I am reading. One day I was not able to print some interesting facts I got about Cheetah’s. I like to read about animals during my free time, however, I wanted to find facts about Cheetah’s for my sister, who was then doing her final year. She wanted this information for her project; hence I wanted to take a print, so that I can hand a hard copy to her.

However, printer did not work for whatever reason. This got me really frustrated. Apart from that, I had saved some information about Cheetah’s about a month ago. However, I was not able to find them. I thought I had deleted them. Therefore, I had two main problems that I came across on that day.

•My computer did not recognize my printer, due to which I was not able to print
•I did not know where to find my files that I deleted recently.

At first I did not know who to address this problem. However, when I enquired with my friend, he asked to search through the net, to find the particular problem. As I was browsing for my answers, I came across a Tech support person, who popped into one the sites I was browsing. It all started on the screen, stating ‘available on Chat to answer queries’. At this point of time I am unable to remember the exact words in the message, however, meant the above stated. I had a long chat with the person, asking different questions. I got answers not only for the above stated problems, but also many other technical problems that came across while browsing through my system all these days. Since I got to know a lot many things, I do chat with them quite frequently. Today, I am able to solve many technical problems. I have learnt how to configure a printer to my computer. I have also learnt how to setup a network that can connect two computers. Overall, I have found it all interesting and useful.
