Ofcom Mulls Orange 4.3 Percent Rise Investigation

Orange has decided to increase by 4.3% the monthly bills of the users and would be implemented by the next year. Orange customers have encircled Ofcom with the complaint of increasing the monthly bill. A spokeswoman over there is continuously receiving this complaint but the levels of complaints would not force them to take any serious action. Orange spokeswoman said that the rise in the prices is very minimum and genuine according to the terms and condition of RPI.
