There are many cases where heavy weights might get onto a lawn. These weights can come from things like large pieces of equipment or even furniture that works outdoors. A lawn care procedure should work without any of these heavy weights being on a lawn for an extended period of time.

The problem with heavy weights on a lawn is that they can cause stresses on individual blades of grass. This can make it so they can feel flat and even have their roots substantially damaged. This is similar to what can happen when rain or heavy snow gets onto a lawn.

The heavy weight may also inhibit the growth of grass. It will put enough pressure to the point where the lawn will not get the nutrients or water that it might need.

Of course, the soil that is underneath a spot where the heavy weights are on can still receive water and critical lawn care nutrients. However, it will be harder for them to go all the way to the roots of grass blades in this spot. The effectiveness of a plan on an area where the weights are greater will end up being less.

Therefore, a lawn care plan should involve making sure that all heavy ...
... weights are carefully controlled. All of these weights must be placed in pavement areas or other spots where there is no grass or other lawn items. For example, a large lawnmower must be placed inside a shed that has a solid surface or other surface that is not visible on the outside. A series of outdoor furniture items should also be placed on a solid surface like a patio or porch deck.

Also, any stepping stones for a lawn should be placed in spots where the lawn has been torn out. This is used to help keep the areas from being too difficult to handle.

There are some cases where heavy weights must be used in an area. For example, a large lawnmower might be needed for helping to cut grass in an area. This can be acceptable provided that the lawnmower is not going to be stuck on the lawn for an extended period of time. Brief times of pressure that are only a few seconds in length will be good enough but a user should not go further than this.

The use of heavy weights can be harmful for lawn care needs. These weights can be difficult to deal with but it can be easy to keep them from impacting a lawn if one is responsible enough with getting it handled. This is a smart function for lawn care that anyone should be carefully thinking about for the success of any lawn.
