The iPhone 5 is certainly one of the most awaited devices in recent times. Samsung has certainly made the Samsung Galaxy S2 extremely popular, but the perception amongst people, and indeed Apple, is that most of the features of the Samsung Galaxy S2 are replicas of the Apple iPhone. As a result, many are looking forward to the iPhone 5 succeeding against the Samsung Galaxy S2, which has the dual core processor as one of the main weapons against the current crop of high-end smartphones. According to sources, the iOS 5 will be arriving with a number of improvements, which are not just cosmetic in nature. The notification area is among the important features that will now be available on this new operating system. Multitasking and connectivity features are expected to get a boost due to the improved specifications. The RAM is set to get updated to the 1 GB version, while the NFC support included in the phone certainly makes the iPhone 5 be more futuristic. The iPhone 5 will provide a varied amount of features, but it is certainly not expected to cost in the same league as the Samsung Galaxy S2, which is just perfect.
