The Sony Ericsson Play has recently hit the shelves, and provides a great solution for those who are into their gaming. With console like graphics and controls, it leads the field in this area, but the handset also has the specifications to match and indeed outdo many competing smartphones in other areas.

There is plenty of onboard storage thanks to a pre-installed 8 GB memory card, and this can be replaced with a card o up to 32 GB, providing ample space for games, downloaded apps, photos, video and music tracks.

As you can see, the Sony Ericsson Play provides everything you would expect from a modern smartphone, but with the added bonus of some great gaming features. Therefore, this handset would prove ideal for those who are into their gaming but don’t want to carry a separate device such as a PSP. You may not be an avid gamer, but still appreciate the features of this phone. Perhaps you have a long, boring commute, or need something to liven up your lunch break at work, and need a device to keep you entertained. The beauty of this device is that once you are done playing games, you can simply slide the control pad back into place, and you have a fully functioning Android smartphone.
