The Nokia N8 is renowned as one of the most advanced cameraphones currently available. The full HTML browser supports flash, so browsing the internet of a Nokia N8 is not dissimilar to that on a laptop. Thanks to dedicated apps, users can easily, read, write and send emails, and carry out social networking through sites such as Facebook and Twitter.

Multimedia compatibility also forms a large part of the appeal of the Nokia N8. The internal media player supports numerous music and video file formats, and users have the luxury of streaming their photos, video and music to a compatible TV by virtue of a TV out socket via HDMI, and this even supports Dolby Digital Plus for outstanding sound quality.
