The One Anniversary Line
Abhishek and Aishwarya met on the sets of Raj Kanwar's Dhai Akshar Prem Ke in 2000 and married on 20 April 2007, months after Guru released. Reflecting on the 19 years since they met, he said: "Ash is my soulmate. Nineteen years of our marriage has been a dream," and mentioned plans for their twentieth anniversary.
Asked for the secret to a happy marriage, he joked that husbands should say sorry to their wives three times every night before sleeping.
