Residential areas should have good connectivity and west Hyderabad maintains good road connectivity. The ORR connects this corridor with the other areas of the city. The Mumbai National Highway (NH 65) is another important road connector that connects west Hyderabad to the centre of the city. The Metro Rail connectivity also eases the commute.

The infrastructure on the fringes has grown four folds. With new roads, metro link, the west Hyderabad has witnessed major developments in the infrastructure. The social infrastructure in the west Hyderabad is very well-developed with educational institutions, healthcare facilities, shopping centres, theatres, parks and fine-dine restaurant options in proximity.

As the city of Hyderabad has experienced rapid urbanization and massive growth in population, it has expanded at the fringes and west Hyderabad which was once known as a sleeping suburb is now reincarnated as a prominent employment hub. It has not reached the saturation point and this belt has gained popularity as a number of reputed IT, software, e-commerce and financial companies have

hosted their offices and created ample employment opportunities. West Hyderabad has come up as one of the largest employment hub of the city and this has triggered growth in real estate activities in and around this belt.
