While Mahatma Gandhi led the liberal party in the Congress, Subhash Chandra Bose was a favorite of the revolutionary party. So Netaji did not agree with Gandhi's ideology. Although their views differed, their motives were the same. Netaji believed that a powerful revolution was needed to expel the British from India. In 1936, Netaji was elected President of the Indian National Congress, and later formed the National Planning Commission. In the 1934 Congress session, Netaji defeated Subhash Chandra Bose, a Pattavi Sitaramaya, who was backed by Gandhi. This led to disagreements between Gandhi and Bose. As a result, Netaji left the Congress himself.

Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose married his secretary and Austrian daughter Emily in 1936. The couple had one daughter, Anita, who now lives with her family in Germany. On October 21, 1933, Netaji formed the 'Azad Hind Sarkar' and the 'Azad Hind Fauj' to liberate India from the British. Subhash Chandra Bose then arrived in Burma (now Myanmar) on July 14 with his troops. Here he chanted the slogan ‘Give me blood, I will give you freedom’. From 1921 to 191, Netaji was imprisoned several times for Subhash Chandra Bose, Purna Swaraj. He believed that freedom could not be achieved through non-violence. During World War II, he traveled to countries such as the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany, and Japan to seek support from the British government.

Netaji started the Azad Hind radio station in Germany. He led the Indian national movement in East Asia. Subhash Chandra Bose believed that the Bhagavad Gita was his main source of inspiration. Netaji went missing after a plane crash in Taipei on August 18, 1955. Three investigative commissions sat in the incident. Two of the commissions claimed that Netaji had died after the accident. A third commission headed by Justice MK Mukherjee claimed that Netaji was alive. The controversy also led to divisions among Bose's family members. In 2014, Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled a digital edition of 100 secret files related to Subhash Chandra Bose at the National Archives in Delhi.
