I am a Project Management Specialist accredited by the Project Management Institute. Coaching is a solution and goal-oriented support for people in their professional and private environments. My emphasis as a consultant is on finding implementable solutions for the specified tasks.
I am working in a few easy steps:
1. Contact and initial consultation with guidelines to address questions about your coaching.
2. Creation and implementation of a needs-based offer.
3. The first meeting will explain the order of coaching and decide on the position.
4. Begin the process of coaching.
I will negotiate the coaching rates with you in advance and if you wish, I will provide you with a written offer before coaching. While coaching outside Mannheim I plan travel costs and expenses for my clients separately. In a personal discussion, I agree with you about the hourly rates. I will also be delighted to put together a coaching plan at an affordable price for you.
