Four Exercises To Get Flat Belly In Few Months

1.Planks
It is the core exercise to build isometric strength. Lie on the floor and get up position by putting pressure on the forearms while bending the elbows. Keep your body straight from head to toe. Once you start doing it, you may stick to this for some minutes.
2.Side Plank For Having Strong Back
If you are ready to say no to the back issues, boost up for the side plank, which strengthens your abdominal region.
Just lie on the right side of yours on the force of right elbow. Lift your left hand too. Practice this procedure for the left side also.
3.it-Ups
