As is known to all that smoking is harmful for health. There are millions of victims dying from smoking in China every year. With the increasing number of the smokers, it has become a serious problem to control the youth's smoking to prevent the enlargement of the smokers.

To ban public smoking and prevent expansion of young smoker are what most people want to do, but without proper method, it's won't be done easily.

Furthermore, media should have some public shows of popular science. Not only held activities on World No Tobacco Day, but also showed more public-interest ads in daily life. For example, more and more people will truly understand the harmful of cigarette if the painful situation of those lung cancer patients was showed in popular science publicity. The tobacco retail businessmen were strictly prohibiting from buying cigarette to young men under 18 old. The public effect of media is far better than "ban movies with smoking scene". Teachers should organized students to attend some no-smoking exhibitions, watch popular science films.

Thirdly, every government should come out with several new principles. Such as in some development country of Europe, there have no-smoking streets, smoking in the public area is prohibited. It is unless smoking in the smoking area, or you will be not fine. And restaurants and cafes were proclaimed not to smoke. Once smoking occurred, not only will the smoker be fine, but also the business location.
