Now we have all had chance to break our New Year Resolutions, maybe it is time to make one we know it will be possible to keep. Our resolutions usually are about us - losing weight, getting fit, getting on better with the mother-in-law etc. They are all about making changes, so why not make changes around us instead of to us?
