Failing memory is one of the facts of the human body. It is well known that no matter how sharp we are in our prime years, our memory starts fading as we age. This is to such an extent that by the time we are 80, a fifth of all our neurons would have died, never to get regenerated. This is something that happens to everyone, no matter whether they were born in the generation of the Baby Boomers or are part of the Millennials.
Yet, there is no need to lose hope. The techniques that we used to adapt to polish our memories in our earlier years can be reused in our later years. One doesn't have to wait till her neurons go awry to use these techniques. This skill is very important for boosting productivity, because the most common areas at which memory loss occurs are things like names, objects, lists and numbers.
