Having a digital platform to solve problems related to unemployment is a bliss to mankind. With the introduction of several job search portal where both, candidates and employers could connect to each other, the struggle has only lessened. Screening candidates became much easier and now employers had access to a million of job seekers from different cities and across various categories.

The portals resemble a commonplace for the selection representatives and in addition the occupation seekers where both go for meeting their individual requirements. Jobseekers attempt to discover an opening for work where they can apply their aptitude, procure new skills and develop as an expert. Then again, recruiters attempt to fill their employment vacancies with the right applicant who has the ideal fitness and capability to handle the obligations effectively.

Inadequate employer descriptions

All-inclusive job portals are one where employer descriptions are completely transparent. From their bio to that of the company, it must have everything. As interested job seekers, they should know if the information is correct and includes all the preferences in accordance with the vacancies that they are looking for.

Low security

Along with being user-friendly, the job search websites must also have high security in terms of the confidential information and payment gateways. There are some recruitment agencies which sell valuable data of their customers to third party sources.

Pricing

Majority of the portals come with their subscription plans. Now having a subscription plan and having a reasonable subscription plan are completely poles apart. While not many portals have pay per job posting facility, it becomes a costly affair for the employers.

Complex search

Issue with existing recruitment platforms is that they are a very little of comfort for the employment seeker and also recruiting agents/employers. The employment seeker is not able to locate an applicable occupation profile as indicated by the aptitudes regardless of the possibility that it exists. The employer, on the other hand, gets enormous spam enlistments, so they are unable to reach to the best talent.

Lack of Unorganized sector jobs
