4. Is the location ideal?

• Is the commute to work reasonable?
• Are the amenities in vicinity?
• Is the building’s parking nearby?
• Is the area accessible by public transportation?

5. Is the price right?

It’s wise to find the one which is not heavy on your pocket. The price of an apartment depends upon its location, services, amenities and utilities providing. You can stretch your budget slightly if you are not getting a place within your pre-determined range.

An apartment with more facilities may seem to be an expensive deal, but you don’t have to buy few utilities here because these are already included in the rent.

If you have a pet or are considering buying the one in the future then make your decision sensibly. Find out the place that has right setup, locations and amenities for your pet and also make sure that the monthly rent still keeps the place within the budget.
