To avoid causing the dust to fly here and there, it will be best to clean your servers in an open area so that the dust can be let out through the vents in an open environment using compressed air duster spray.
Next comes the motherboard, and it is very important to clean this internal electronic circuit board that often gets covered with dust particles that could damage the circuit board.
A server’s overall performance is not only dependent upon the normal functioning of the CPU but maintaining the CPU or the processor is very important. It is like the brain of your server.

To avoid causing overheating of the server, it is very important to keep the internal server fan in a normal working condition. If the internal components of a server are not kept clean, they may cause the server fan and other components to stop running normally. The dust may clog up the fan and further cause the server or other internal components to burn up or short circuit in extreme cases.
There are disks and other removables in a server hardware and these too must be kept cleaned regularly to let the microscopic dust and dirt harm the server and may cause it to function normally.
