After a certain property developer invested a bid of $320 million minimum terms for the residential site on the reserve list at New Upper Changi Road and Bedok South Avenue 3, it was then tendered on cut-rate sale last January 7 of 2016 as corroborated by Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).

With an expected number of 570 residential units and with an expanse of more or less 2.4ha, public tender will have the 99-year leasehold residential site be published for sale. This site is conveniently settled near Tanah Merah MRT and merely a few minutes drive to Singapore University of Technology and Design and Changi Business Park.

Also sited nearby are large Singapore Property such as The Glades @ Tanah Merah, Uber 388 and Optima @ Tanah Merah. URA stated that the site will be established by public tender in just about two weeks time.
