How To Build Lean Muscle Mass: My Story
My entire life, I desperately wanted to have a different body.
At a mere 125 pounds I felt insecure, weak, and would do just about anything to pack some muscle onto my skinny frame. I was such a toothpick that becoming strong and muscular didn't even seem like an option.
Maybe I was a little extreme (perhaps I wasn't such a pipsqueak like I imagined), but at the time, it didn't matter. I hid my arms, refused to take my shirt off, and had no confidence.
...Then one day, something happened.
One day when I was spending time studying my body it suddenly hit me how unhappy I really was with my appearance. Something inside me just clicked.
It was on that very day that I decided it was time to change and learn how to build lean muscle mass. The time for sitting around and complaining about my small frame was over-now I had to focus on doing something about it.
Talking builds no muscles.
I didn't care how hard it was, how long it took, or how much I would have to overcome, I was committed to learning how to build lean muscle mass. I was on the road to getting huge and nothing could stop ...
... me.
After reading about everything on how to build lean muscle mass, I started working out. It took a lot of time and experimentation, but ultimately I figured out how to build lean muscle mass.
Of course there were times I didn't want to but I forced myself to go the gym and workout. I had promised myself I would do it, so I just kept going.
I was finally beefing up.
In just a few months, I had gained 15 pounds of muscle. My hard work learning how to build lean muscle mass and my persistence were already paying off.
I kept eating everything on my list and kept working out. There's no way you'd find me defeated and back to square one.
Of course I hit some bumps on my way.
I wasn't going to quit no matter how tough it was. I did the things that I hated doing the most in order to reach my goals.
I would eat when I just wanted to rest, I would force myself to train even though I was desperate to take a nap, and I would go to bed even though I wanted to stay up.
As months passed, my muscles continued to grow. Suddenly, I could walk around with confidence.
I just kept going at it.
Today, I still work just as hard and I am still improving. When I say learning how to build lean muscle mass was the greatest choice I've ever made, I mean it with my whole being.
I have grown from the inside out. I'm confident about my appearance. There's no hiding behind baggy clothing and I'm happy to take my shirt off.
I've managed to change my life for the better.
The biggest secret behind figuring out how to build lean muscle mass is to stick with it; do not quit. Do NOT quit, no matter what.
If you don't give up, bodybuilding has the power to do so much for you and you will be eternally grateful that you kept going. It truly is incomparable.
