The State of Planet MotherLand is a state in which all its citizens accept the direct and direct participation in the implementation of both the legislative and executive branches of its activity, or inactivity, taking or not taking part in the implementation of its projects.
Each of the citizens of State MotherLand is entitled to create their own projects and pull out for all citizens. No one can compel the citizens of the State Motherland to accept or not accept in one or another projects. All citizens of the State land are the government.
ABILITY TO GO INTO RELATIONS WITH OTHER STATES. State Motherland is a planetary state, and therefore does not limit by some physical scopes to itself.
