Both types of molds have an equivalent high degree that is the reason why indoor molds are also found in outside environment and they can also cause a lot of contaminations.

Mold allergies are adapted when the house is not properly cleaned especially if outdoor molds enter inside the house when the windows or doors are not closed. The moisture should also be controlled with the use of dehumidifier because molds really love to thrive in moisture areas. In case moisture still exists make sure to have adequate ventilation within the areas. Indoor plants can also carries molds especially if the pot in not properly cleaned because they tend to live within the soil and on the leaves of the plant. We should always try to remember all these important things that can really cause mold allergies.
