MAREIA is an organization that promotes high standards of professionalism for real estate investors through the nationally recognized PHP Education program, Encouragement through networking and the exchange of ideas, and a strong sense of personal and professional Ethics, individual integrity and community involvement.

Our purpose will be to provide women investors with current information, tools, resources and encouragement that will help them build a solid foundation in real estate investing. Our belief is that women investors face unique challenges as they seek to become successful real estate investors. In creating and joining a mutual support system, we hope that the members of WINGS will greatly expand their real estate investment opportunities. WINGS will be a place to meet with those who share similar experiences, interests, goals, and concerns related to real estate investing.

A while back, a handful of real estate investors in the Baltimore area knew there was a better way to network with fellow investors without feeling like we were being “taken” by some unscrupulous and predatory “real estate ...
... operators” in our area. We shared similar stories about what it was like to get started as real estate investors and how it seemed we couldn’t trust anyone to help us get quality real estate investment information. We would attend investor meetings around town to gain knowledge, but we just felt like there was no existing investor group or club that was addressing our needs for quality, integrity, and honesty in dealing with beginning and experienced real estate investors. We decided to change this situation and form a group of like-minded investors–and thus–we created the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Investors Association.

MAREIA is a group of real estate investors from throughout YOUR AREA who meet on a regular basis to share information, leads and contacts, and to help each other learn more about real estate investing. With a growing membership, the MAREIA is the association for brightest and most successful real estate investors

Being a member is all about education and learning from each other and the experts. The group is dedicated to bring in only the best national and local educational speakers in order to keep us informed on up-to-date real estate investing innovations, laws and techniques.

In addition, where else can you network with “hands on” investors that are willing to share their knowledge and experience? If you are considering the world of real estate investing, you owe it to yourself to become a member.

As many of members are new to real estate investing, no doubt you will discover that other members share your interest and desire to learn how to become a successful real estate investor. To meet your needs, they diverse schedule of events tailored to the educational needs of a beginning investor. Also, you will find out the experienced investors are eager to offer advice and insight to further assist you on the road to success.
