Bleaching or coloring the hair does not help them. So, it is obvious that you will not pass a drug test if you undergo hair test for drugs.

The young generation of the present world is the worst victim of drug addiction. They often start taking drugs sometimes just for fun, experimentation or even curiosity and sometimes even just to get the attention of their friends. But this curiosity gives them back some devastating result. They get addicted to this poison. This also affects the society a lot.
