Anyone who is affected with this allergy must be aware of the various places on where to stay especially if the degree of the pollen present within the place is really at a high level. These particles are harmful in the morning and in the evening and you really need to have proper time setting on in order to avoid pollen allergy.

Grass pollens are more dangerous. Hay fever is really possible whenever people around you such as your neighbors start to cut grasses from their gardens where this grass pollen are airborne. ... As much as possible people should refrain from going out when pollens are very active. Don't get me wrong because it doesn't mean that you cannot really go outside, it's that just exposure must be limited. There are other options on where you can stay during this time like going to other places and remember that once you got back home better change your clothes not inside your room. The reason is not to allow pollen particles to spread within the room. If you think that pollen is really at its peak don't open the windows in your house as well. Wearing sunglasses will also protect your eyes. With this, you can avoid pollen allergy that is really damaging in the body especially if it enters the nasal passages that can really caused severe illness.
