Profile
Profile is the first document that expresses about you. Follow the latest trends instead of old traditional ways, the main part of the message will be same but the way of presentation matters. Most companies try to find about you beyond your resume. Research about the company, check what type of employees they are recruiting and prepare the profile from the company’s point of view. The most recommended way is to keep yourself updated on as many digital platforms as you can.

Prepare Your Answers
Research on what type of questions you are going to be asked, for that kind of job role, and prepare the answers for it. Not only you will have rehearsal answers but also unified story which is well linked. Define the overall story of your career, and where you want to lead it. Taking notes has many benefits in an interview process. The main advantage is that it will convey the message that you are serious about the company and the position. It also gives you opportunities to note down the questions and reminders asked by the recruiter/interviewer to be prepared for next interview. Make sure not to divert your attention in taking notes during interview, better do the scribbling once process is done.

Ask Your Queries
It is better to prepare a check sheet much in advance. Make sure there are priorities and sub categories in it. With your previous experience in mind, note down what all you require regarding the job and services, the growth graph and the new team. This is the best way to make yourself suitable for the current job position and the company. Interview process is a two way conversation, so make sure all your doubts are clarified before leaving the office.

Most successful senior recruiters and HRs also suggest that when it comes to interview process in HR or recruitment position, candidates should talk about having a candidate tracking system implemented in the organisation to help the employees automate their hiring process and bring quick closures in recruitment process.
