There are three basic types of people

1) People who talk about doing big things (such as developing huge muscle mass) but never attempt it.

They love to talk, but never take any into action. These people complain and make excuses without doing anything to resolve their problems.

They will simply waste their time dreaming but never taking action. These people love to resent successful people because they know that they can never be successful. Willpower and discipline do not exist in their world. They will always face a life of mediocrity and never accept responsibility for their own shortcomings.

2) The people who say they're going to accomplish something big, like developing huge muscle mass, but quit after sometime. They talk the talk, begin to walk the walk, but give up, never reaching their goals in the long run. Patience is something they just don't have. They will not persevere. They will not make it to the top because they will always fall short, no matter how often they try.

They make the effort, but they simply don't have the tools for success.

3) Those who say they will get ...
... it done and stick to their plans, even when it comes to developing huge muscle mass.

They make firm decisions that contain no hints of "maybe" or "try".

They understand that there can only be two ways: success or failure. They want success, so they will do anything to achieve it.

Once they decide to accomplish something, they know they will succeed. They don't doubt their ability to succeed, except the time that it will take to get there.

They understand that their minds hold the tools necessary to accomplish anything.

They believe in themselves and know that they can achieve anything that they truly want.

Making excuses is not for them.

They are in control of their destiny and know that everyone is responsible for their lives.

Setbacks will not make them stray from their course.

They understand that great achievements do not come easy, but are things to fight for.

There is no greatness without struggle, and they are willing to struggle.

In the long run, they will always emerge as the winners.

They expect momentary setbacks and bumps in the road but know that in the end, they will win.

When a setback occurs, they plan for how to get past it.

They don't debate whether to move forward or quit.

Quitting is not an option for them, and they thrive on the battle and understand that setbacks make their victory much sweeter.

They can visualize the big picture.

In the end, after the smoke and dust of battle settle down, they are standing on top.

They can recall their victories and feel pride and successful.

They gain the respect and envy of others and know that they deserve it.

Which category you come under?

Achieving huge muscle mass is only for category three, so stand up if you're a winner.

You will have to work harder than ever because developing huge muscle mass is not something easy.

It's only up for the taking if you can dedicate yourself to a goal and work hard to achieve it.

So, if you have doubts about your ability to succeed, get rid of them.

Dissolve your questioning, your fears, and your wondering.

Make firm decisions on what you are going to accomplish, make a plan and then quite simply, make it happen.

Once you stop thinking "will I reach this goal" and start thinking "when can I reach this goal" you will experience gains of huge muscle mass.

I can show you the path, but it's up to you to take it. Your choice comes from within, and not a single person in this world can make those choices but you.
