The benefit of health also wellness are topics that everyone's talking about nowday. But, just a few people actually get benefit from healthy, physically fit lifestyle. People with regulary exercise, eat healthy will have a benefits of a great bodies also more physically attractive. They're more likely to have a better sex life also more romantic involvements , which can make them more satisfied with life. People who eat right are more able to get advancements in career also capable in performing their task. These people don't take leaves of absence for illness reason, but they use it for some reason maybe such as have fun, or vacation.
Despite all we know there're many kind of benefits that we will get from living healthy lifestyle, so why do people still stick to their old habits ?? The old bad habits such as smoke, eat much fatty food -they don't control eating-,etc. Of course, one of the reason is the unwillingness. They love their old habits although it is bad. For another reason maybe is the difficulty. ...
... They feel that it is difficulty to do, maybe they don't have enough time also. so first, planning is important. How to do, when, how manage the new habit. And so on.
Desire to change the bad habit must available, inside every personal. This is first modal, besides, support from the near people or environment around. Starting healthy lifestyle is not difficult as thinking. Discipline from little habit and commitment can be a good start. :-)
