3. If you are taking a lease then the terms and conditions related with the lease must be taken into account. Are there any hidden traps in the lease term or not is to be clarified.



4. The concerned issues regarding crime maintenance, security and other factors must be checked out properly in details.



5. Then check the details of the rent or finance matter. If the rate is too much it will not suit your budget and if it is too low then probably there are some problems in the land. So judge by further queries about your chosen location.



6. The point called tenant improvements by the landlord’s policy is also an important point to be considered. By this you can make sure about the extra building or the extra addition, alteration, partition or any demolition in the building in the need of running your business.
