The first part of MMA training is physical conditioning. There are several types of techniques for physical conditioning. Since you will be learning 3 skills in the limited amount of time, you will need to be quite disciplined about your schedule. A professional fighter must train for at minimum two disciplines every day.

The third aspect of MMA training is the diet plan. As an MMA trainee, you will have to give up of lot of things that you used to eat. Your diet should include a perfect combination of fats, carbs and proteins.
